Returns and exchanges

Welcome to our purchase information page. Below, we outline payment terms and other important details. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service - we are always happy to help!

Payment Responsibility

Clicking “Send Order” in our checkout completes the purchase and entails a payment obligation for the order. For online orders, an automatic order confirmation will be sent by email with details about your purchase. We reserve the right for items to sell out; if this occurs, you will be notified by email.

Advance Payment

You may choose to prepay for your products before delivery. We will send an order confirmation by email, and payment is made to our bank account. Your order will be shipped as soon as the funds are registered with us. It normally takes 2–3 banking days before we can see the payment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an invoice for your records.

Card Payment

When paying by card, the order amount is reserved on your card at the time of purchase. The amount will be debited within 7 days of placing the order. If you prefer not to have the funds withdrawn before the goods are delivered, please select another payment method.

Trustly

In cooperation with Trustly Group AB (Reg. No. 556754-8655), we offer direct bank transfers, where payment is made directly from your bank account via Trustly. You can read more about Trustly’s terms [here].

Swish

Swish is a free mobile payment service. You pay by logging into your Swish app and approving the purchase using Mobile BankID. You will receive an immediate confirmation, and the funds will be withdrawn directly from your linked account.

Klarna

Together with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options (payment is made directly to Klarna):

  • PayNow: Automatic withdrawal from your bank account, based on direct debit. Your account will be debited approximately two banking days after the purchase or when the goods are shipped. A credit check may be performed to issue a 30-day invoice if direct debit cannot be completed.
  • PayLater: Payment within 30 days from the date the goods are dispatched. No invoice fee is added. A credit check is required.
  • PayOverTime: Flexible installment payments over a chosen period. A credit check is required.

Right of withdrawal

When purchasing products from us, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal. This means you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods do not need to be returned within those 14 days, but you must notify us within that timeframe. Notification can be made by email, post, or telephone.

Refunds of your payment will be processed as quickly as possible. By law, repayment must be made within 30 days of receiving the returned goods, though we usually process refunds sooner.

To receive a full refund of the order value when exercising the right of withdrawal, the goods must be in essentially unchanged condition. If the goods have been used, a deduction will be made to reflect the depreciation, primarily assessed by the resale value of the goods as second-hand. The original packaging must also be included; if it is missing, a deduction will be applied, and you will be responsible for arranging suitable replacement packaging for the return.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Please contact us in advance if you would like to know the exact return shipping cost for your product.

In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). We also refer to the EU’s online dispute resolution platform, which provides consumers with a single point of entry for resolving cross-border e-commerce disputes outside of court.
