Our products are delivered to your property boundary. Please note that delivery does not include carrying items into apartments, houses, etc.

Delivery Time
The delivery time is 2–7 days from the time we receive your order and approved payment. For remote locations, shipping may take longer.

Change of Delivery Address
If you need to adjust or change your delivery address, a fee of 349 SEK will be charged.

Important to Check Your Goods
Please make sure to inspect your goods upon delivery! Any visible damage must be reported directly to the driver, and any hidden damage must be reported within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We therefore recommend that you receive the goods personally to avoid delays in inspection. Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims for shipping damages reported later than 7 days.

Unclaimed Packages
If you do not accept or collect your package within 14 days, a fee will be charged for unclaimed goods.
